About Gaylord Box Recycling

Gaylord Box Recycling matches businesses that want to buy, sell or recycle gaylord boxes in the United States with partner suppliers in our network.

What the service does

Gaylord boxes (bulk bins) are reused many times before they are recycled. Finding a buyer, a seller or a recycler for them can take time, so this site collects quote requests in one place and passes them to partner suppliers that handle gaylord boxes.

We don't own a yard, warehouse or trucks. Quotes, pickup, delivery and payment are handled by the partner supplier that takes your request.

How quotes work

  1. You send a free, no-obligation request with what you want to do (buy, sell or recycle), the box size, condition and quantity, and where the boxes are or need to go.
  2. We pass the request to a partner supplier that serves your area. Availability depends on partner suppliers near you.
  3. The supplier follows up with a quote and agrees price, pickup or delivery, and payment directly with you.

Grades

What the Grades Mean

New

Unused boxes, typically surplus or overruns, with clean walls and intact flaps.

Used

Boxes that have shipped before. Grade depends on how sound the walls, corners and flaps are.

Damaged / recycle

Boxes too worn to reuse, such as wet, torn or crushed boxes. These go to recycling as OCC (old corrugated cardboard).

Each partner supplier grades boxes its own way, so the final grade and price come from the supplier's quote.
