Who we are

Gaylord Box Recycling (gaylordboxrecycling.com) is a referral service. We take requests from people who want to buy, sell or recycle gaylord boxes and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and do the work. We don't buy, sell, collect or transport boxes ourselves.

What the quote form collects

When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter:

• your name and, if you give it, your company;
• your email address and/or phone number;
• whether you want to buy, sell or recycle, and the box size, condition, quantity and optional specs;
• the city, state and ZIP code you enter for shipping or pickup.

The form may pre-fill the city, state and ZIP field from the approximate location our hosting provider derives from your connection. You can change or clear it before sending. With your request we also record the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), so we know how you found the site.

How your request is used and shared

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route quote requests, and from there to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers use your details to respond to your request under their own privacy practices. We don't sell your information and don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) are counted in cookieless mode, with nothing stored on their device. The site sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to route them, follow up on them and keep basic business records, and then delete them. Partner suppliers keep the details they receive under their own retention practices.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through the contact form or email info@gaylordboxrecycling.com.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
